How tall depp

Greets Editor Rob. Amazing actor and a cool guy, but he is really, really short. Camera angels and footwear can make you look inches taller. He is using elevators and has got a frame which makes him look taller than he is, because he is a small guy in terms of build. Well I've met 2 people now who did pay money. One did think he was taller than me, the other wasn't sure. Both are shorter than myself and know I'm 5ft 8.

Good job Rob. Why is it all written he's cm tall? Is his maximum height always I don't think he ever looked as tall as his 5ft 11 claim, but 5ft 10? On the odd occasion he might have looked it, but I'd still go with him typically looking nearer 5ft 9 than 10 through his career.

I don't know about indoors, but at one point outdoors he had Adidas sneakers which aren't huge or anything. He held up well with Timothy Hutton. Perry is 5ft 8 at most these days looks lower there with thinner shoes of course , he generally looks 5ft 7. If you compare him to Cillian Murphy in the movie Transcendence they are almost the same height. What do you think? I'd say he's struggling to look above 5ft8 there. Cruise and Mr. Depp are probably wearing lifts in this picture above. I can't upload pics here idk how. Seeing him in old movies he looks 5'' Just annoys me when people say " I am just xxx" and its complete and utter nonsense. A true 5'11" barefoot can look pretty tall at times and especially in a country with a 5'9. He wore cowboy boots and a cowboy hat when he appeared in a sketch in the 90s comedy hit series 'The Fast Show', and he looked damn great!

That film contains the scariest seduction scene since the one from Stephen King's 'The Stand', but that Stephen King horror scene sent the character insane and turned her hair white! He gives each film his all and, though there are an abundance of movies to choose from, I think my favourite has to be 'Donnie Brasco'.

Based on a true story, it details the solidarity that 'real deal' gangsters have for each other, so much so that Johnny's undercover detective actually develops feelings of fraternity towards his fellow gangsters and one in particular, played by Al Pacino. The film stars actors ranging from Al's 5ft5ish to Michael Madsen's 6ft2 or so. The heights of these guys bear no effect on their success within the group of gangsters, which is exactly how things should be in real life.

What counts is their loyalty, dedication and bravery. I emerged from the watching of this film with an amazing amount of respect for how principled these people actually are! Tonight I have decided to stick with Rob's 5ft9. Before I visited this website, I did think Johnny was nearer, I'd say, to the 5ft10 mark, but his lean build is such that he could be taken for taller anyway. Never did I expect that a young boy victim of Freddie Krueger would be such a success; in fact, it was years before I even realized that the youngster was Johnny Depp in the first place!

Cheers Luke! I shave seen him several times and he wears very suspect footwear. In fact I tend to think it slightly immoral when a man lies about his height , especially since the lie is so easily exposed. Anyway, name a movie where Depp played a character who should have been tall.

I can't think of any myself unless John Dillinger was tall , so it's not as if he's trying to put one over on his fans. And, if you want to tell people that you're big, don't call yourself "Johnny.

Who cares how tall or short you are? Although he is a shorty he still has a giant presence! Get over it! He SO doesn't look his age! This guy, with a sense of humour which shows through in a great many of his roles, when necessary , is the star of many of my all time firm favourite films, including 'Donnie Brasco', in which he stars with Al Pacino.

Johnny gets a Birthday guess of 5ft9. Weak 5' 9". I can see it. I met him at a London premiere for one of his movies.. Great actor though. Strong nowdays weak Editor Rob. Well I'd rule out 5ft 9. Johnny Depp is a flat 5'9 5'8. Often times Robert Downey Jr.

He's probably worn them for some film roles, though. A typical cowboy heel would be about 1. Tom's elevator boots probably add a little over 2" there. Funny comment i mean we compare how much height there in lifts,big boots,incorprated fake heels etc give lol It could be a game show there shoes have hiden heels,or lifts,gues swho has more 'stacked' footwear xddd. I think he could be around that or range. He looks same as Tom cruise, possibly around an inch taller.

There both wearing some kind of lift but I definitely think the cowboy boot gives Johnny lots of height. Possibly 3 inches. Tom cruise probably like 2 maybe. Maybe tho. For one, Tom's knees are higher.

I'd guess he gets somewhere around 5. With that said, I tend to agree Johnny is probably a bit shy of 5'9" and we can compare to Jerry Bruckheimer who is a solid 5'7" and wearing normal shoes. Or, look at Johnny with 5'3. Also, it would be useful to know Jsu Garcia's height. He seemed quite a bit bigger than Johnny, but I think he's above average height.

While here we are accusing him of adding an inch, some accuse him of adding four. When standing next to Allison, Depp may look a lot taller. The actor was even partnered with actress Winona Ryder, but the two eventually broke things off.

Ryder is about 5 feet, 4 inches tall, which makes her several inches shorter than Depp. He also is a little taller than both of the celebrities. Of course, there is his controversial relationship with well-known actress Amber Heard. Heard looks like she is almost the same height as Depp, but is actually a little shorter than him. At the age of 15 , he dropped out of school to become a musician.

He would ultimately turn his attention to the world of acting. Depp played the title character in Edward Scissorhands , and he would star in multiple other hit Tim Burton films.
